By accessing or using BETV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Fan project and no official affiliation
BETV is an independent, non-commercial fan-made project. It is not an official Billie Eilish website, does not represent the artist, and has no affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement from Billie Eilish, her team, record labels, distributors, production companies, representatives, or business partners.
“Billie Eilish,” names of works, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their presence in the catalog does not transfer any ownership rights to BETV.
2. Purpose and permitted use
The platform is intended to inform, organize content, and entertain fans. You may browse, create an account, configure your profile, and use available features only for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to break in, test vulnerabilities without authorization, automate abusive access, bypass security controls, collect other users’ data, distribute malware, impersonate others, or use the site to violate copyright, privacy, or applicable law.
3. Accounts and user responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and providing accurate information. Do not share your password. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts used abusively, fraudulently, or contrary to these terms.
4. Content and external links
The catalog may display references, covers, images, trailers, embedded videos, or links to third-party services. Those services have their own rules and policies. BETV does not control the availability, security, or content of external pages.
5. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or project improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors, or permanent preservation of all content.
6. Responsible limitation
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BETV is not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions, external links, technical incompatibilities, or misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Donations and NGO support
In the Support an NGO area, you choose an organization and enter the amount you want to donate. Payment is processed by a specialized provider. After confirmation, the donation is allocated as described below between support for the selected NGO and maintenance of the platform.
Part of each donation is used to cover the operation, infrastructure, and maintenance of Billie Eilish TV, helping keep the site available and its features working for users. Fees, taxes, currency conversion, chargebacks, or other costs charged by the payment processor may be deducted separately and may reduce the net amount available for transfer. Amounts allocated to each NGO may be accumulated and transferred together periodically, so the transfer to the selected organization may not occur immediately after each donation. After each grouped transfer is completed, proof of the transfer showing the amount actually sent will be made available on the site in the respective NGO area for users to view.
The NGO support initiative is an independent action of Billie Eilish TV and its fan community. It is not promoted, administered, sponsored, or endorsed by Billie Eilish, her team, representatives, or partners, and should not be interpreted as an official campaign connected to the artist’s image or participation.
Donations are voluntary. Proof of payment does not, by itself, constitute a tax receipt or guarantee a tax deduction. Once confirmed, the donation is final, cannot be canceled, and is not returned unless required by law. Before paying, check the selected NGO, currency, and amount.

How to appear on the fan page
To appear on /fãs or /fas, simply share and talk about the site on any social network. Our team follows public posts and will try to find you so your profile can be included on the fan page with other people who support the site.
Communities can participate too
This also works for fan communities, including Discord servers and communities. If a community shares Billie Eilish TV, it may also be included on the page.
Shared it and still not listed?
Contact Support and tell us that you shared the site. Include your profile link and the link to the post where you shared it so our team can review it and add you to the fan section.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BETV handles data required for authentication, profiles, security, and platform operation. The project aims to collect only what is necessary and apply reasonable protection measures.
1. Data that may be processed
We may process email, display name, username, avatar, banner, internal account identifier, preferences, saved content, basic access records, and technical information such as browser, time, IP address processed by the infrastructure, and events required to prevent abuse.
2. How data is obtained
Data is provided by you during registration and setup, generated through use of the site, or received from authentication and infrastructure providers when you choose to sign in through those services.
3. How we use data
We use data to create and maintain accounts, display profiles, preserve preferences, provide catalog features, protect users, investigate failures, prevent fraud, comply with valid legal requests, and improve stability and accessibility.
4. Sharing and processors
Data may be processed by essential technical providers, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, and error-monitoring services. These providers handle information under their own terms and obligations. BETV does not sell personal data to advertisers.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legitimate obligations. When deletion is requested, we remove or disassociate data under our control, except when temporary retention is needed for security, abuse prevention, technical records, legal compliance, or limited-cycle backups.
6. Security
We apply reasonable measures appropriate to the project, including HTTPS when provided by the host, access controls, authentication, data minimization, and specialized providers. No system is infallible, so use a unique password and report suspicious activity.
7. Your rights
Under applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD where relevant, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, and review of consent. Some requests may require identity verification.
8. Children
BETV does not knowingly intend to collect data from children under 13. Parents or guardians may request review and removal through Support.

1. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies may record that this notice was viewed, basic language preferences, and session operation. They are not used for behavioral advertising. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, session maintenance, or restoration of choices.
2. Authentication and security
The authentication provider and infrastructure may use session identifiers, tokens, and equivalent mechanisms to recognize an account, renew access, prevent fraud, and avoid misuse. Credentials must not be stored by the site in plain text.
3. Local storage and session storage
The browser may also store data in localStorage or sessionStorage, such as preferences, dashboard drafts, favorites, temporary navigation state, cookie-notice confirmation, and information needed to complete sign-in. This data remains on the device until it expires, is replaced, or is deleted by you.
4. Third-party cookies
External services used for authentication, hosting, or embedded playback may set their own cookies. Processing by those services follows each provider’s policies.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also clear site data to remove local storage. Afterward, you may need to sign in again and reconfigure preferences.

be_cookie_ack records confirmation of this notice. be_site_preferences stores essential preferences, such as language and the use of required features. Both use SameSite=Lax and, over HTTPS connections, Secure.

BETV respects copyright, trademarks, image rights, and other intellectual-property rights. The project is independent, non-commercial, fan-made, and unofficial.
1. Ownership
All rights to music, videos, photographs, covers, logos, names, trademarks, and materials associated with Billie Eilish or third parties belong to their respective owners. BETV does not claim ownership of third-party materials.
2. Use in the project
Visual references and information may be used for identification, cataloging, commentary, and the fan experience. Whenever possible, the site uses links, embeds, or publicly released materials. An item’s availability in the catalog does not imply authorization or endorsement by the rights holder.
3. Removal request
A rights holder or authorized representative may request review, attribution, restriction, or removal. The request must identify the protected work, the disputed content and its location on the site; provide a name and contact method; state in good faith that the use was not authorized; and confirm authority to act for the rights holder.
Complete requests will be reviewed in good faith. Where appropriate, access may be restricted or material removed while the matter is verified. Submitting a false or misleading notice may result in liability under applicable law.
4. Counter-notice and corrections
Where there is misidentification, valid authorization, or another legitimate justification, the person responsible for the content may submit information for review. BETV may request additional documentation before restoring any material.
5. Trademarks and identity
The BETV name identifies only this fan project. No page should be interpreted as an official communication from the artist, her team, or related companies.
